For Talkback you will need Skype, Once installed make sure you have your microphone plugged in correctly, then make sure you have your audio settings all correct, call Skype Test Call, just to check that all is ok, then you can add us to skype ready to call us. We are now also accepting MSN/Windows Live Messenger Calls.
